FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What should I wear and how should I prepare-
Upon booking, we will immediately send you a prep-sheet full of fantastic advice such as colors, do’s and don’ts, jewelry, location, what to wear, and what to bring. We cover it all! We’re good like that.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, we require a 50% deposit at time of booking, in order to hold the date and time you have requested.
Can I reschedule?
Yes. However if your request to reschedule is within 48 hours, a $75.00 fee will be subtracted from your original deposit in order to cover the cost of our studio. The remaining balance will then be applied to your new shoot date. If your request is outside of 48 hours, your current deposit will then be applied to the new shoot date, no fees attached.
When is the balance due?
Your remaining balance will be due on the day of the shoot. Of course, if you would like to pay before that date, there will be no objection from us. (Please note, if final payment is made the day of the shoot, we will not accept any personal checks).
Can I cancel?
Can I book A make-up Artist through you?
